West Virginia Home Inspectors
- To renew your Home Inspectors License in the state of West Virginia, you are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education every year.
- All continuing education hours shall be completed in courses that are related directly to health, life safety, construction, and maintenance of residential properties.
- All Home Inspector Licenses expire on the last day of the anniversary month from the date of issuance of the certificate. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
- Renewal shall not be granted unless proof of continuing education completion is submitted.
